Very good coffee, even though I ordered just takeaway coffee. I can smell the aroma of The bean. Various choices for coffee-lovers. There are coffee instrument and equipment for making coffee in many style, I am looking for The Japanese kettle one. I’ll go again!

Absolutely superb single origin roasted coffee beans. The Totoro sourced beans have a refined chocolate flavour with none of the bitterness I have experienced from other roasters. It's obvious that the person(s) roasting these beans has/have a very refined palate and nose because they produce one smooth roast. The farm Patio Coffee Roasters are sourcing their beans from grows the nicest, most compact beans that I have ever had the privilege to grind. I consider myself a connoisseur using a top quality grinder (Macap) and coffee machine (BFC Junior) to make my coffee with and I look forward to a long relationship with Patio Coffee Roasters. I will share a tip on something that I believe I have discovered, if you freeze your coffee beans I have theorised that it will cause microfractures to form within the bean where the moisture inside the bean is expanded by 10% when frozen (water expands 10% when frozen). These microfractures that are formed lead to a superior grind in my opinion. It has also been reported that grinding frozen beans will lead to a more uniform particle size when grinding. I personally don't believe it is because they are frozen, but rather the process that occurs as they are frozen. Either way, it keeps your beans extra fresh so you can't go wrong. Enjoy!

Potentially the best place in Adelaide to source your freshly roasted coffee beans. Ahhmazing. Customer service is absolutely incredible, they love coffee as much as you do and assist in every thing coffee related.

Pathetic! They are terrible at customer service. Been to many cafes, this one is the worst. Hasn’t got a positive vibe to it. They just serve your order and one of the staff or (maybe he was the owner) was good at passing nasty comments at kids and made it seem like a joke which it wasn’t!Reply: When we went in, the manager wasn’t cleaning. Would you expect customers to leave their shoes behind if they are coming from a game or rain or whatever the circumstances maybe! Sorry to say, it was extremely rude! Even the kids felt so!The bike was a bit in front of the door, no intention of blocking the way or it wasn’t completed blocked. The kid moved it as soon as he was told.Free coffee, no thank you!

Great range of interesting coffees, and reasonably priced. Also Fairtrade and organic. Some sweet snacks and a small range of savoury sandwiches. Single origin batch brews change frequently so you can try and learn what you like. Friendly staff! Also sells big range of accessories for making coffee and runs classes. Toilet facilities available.
