I recently participated in a Retreat at Sherondipity Yoga.Sheron provided us with a safe and happy space. We were invited and encouraged to venture outside our comfort zone whilst seeking our answers.Sheron provided us with the tools to improve our situations in an empathetic. happy and fun environment. Thanks also to Belinda for the lunches etc.Sherondipity is my happy" place and I look forward to every opportunity to participate.Thanks to Sheron and Belinda."

Sherondipity yoga studio has been the most welcoming and inclusive studio I have been too.With that in mind I committed myself to Sheron’s recent yoga retreat in Bali, which was an amazing and beautiful experience. Sheron put what must have been an incredible amount of time into designing an itinerary which not only pushed us gently out of our comfort zones but created space for growth and the development of life long friendships.Can’t recommend the studio or Sheron’s retreats highly enough.

Sheron took such care and was encouraging through our lesson on Friday. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the studio.What I noticed was Sharon's upbeat energy and vibration, yet it was expressed in such a soothing and tender way during our session.My neck has honestly never felt better. In just one session, I feel restored and balanced.Thank you for sharing your yoga craft with us Sharon, I'll be back!

Sherondipity was such a welcoming studio. Sheron allowed me to take my dance class to do sky yoga. It was absolutely amazing to see all of the girls shine. Sheron is professional, patient and passionate. She gently guided us to do more than what we thought we could. We really loved our day there and will be back soon! Xx

The Bali Retreat hosted by Sheron was incredible. Our itinerary of activities was well planned, and the accommodation and facilities were gorgeous. Thank you Sheron- it was an amazing experience I highly recommend.
