Brisbane Valley Rail Trail
The section from Fernvale to Lowood is in excellent condition, with a combination of wide flat gravel surfaces and some small paved sections. This section is also quite flat and offers some views of the upper Brisbane river. Much better than the section from Wulkaraka to Fernvale, which is a very narrow single track at times.

Brisbane Valley Rail Trail
I only run a small section of this trail. Even though it was backcountry there was still quite a few obstacles and road crossings etc.Just a note it is only graveled, so you may want to keep your road bikes on the road.The section I did was good and is in good condition.You can join the trail in any place you want.
