Plant Beginner here and I love this shop! Basically a one stop shop for all my planty needs.1. Their BEST feature is the repotting service (might need to contact to check availabilities though).Started my indoor plant hobby during lockdown and as I return to the office, I often don't have time to re-pot them. I just send Christina a short message via Instagram regarding which plants require repotting + picture / pot size and she'll get back to me promptly regarding suitability and price (they're very reasonable! She can send you a custom invoice so you're not in for a surprise). My plants always come back happier after their short visit to the store. Great aftercare advice too.2. They sell potting mix or pre-mixed soil (when I'm feeling adventurous to re-pot)I live in an apartment with limited storage, so often it's actually not ideal to buy a whole bag of different soil (different mix for different type of plants or sometimes just need a soil layer top up). Christina can advise me which mix is suitable for which plants and she pre-mixes and packs them in small bags.3. Bought a couple of small indoor plants including as gift and they came wrapped nicely in a box, with a care instruction card. My Red Marantha is still sitting nicely in my living room today.4. In general, very friendly service in store and prompt response via social media. I also want to mention how appreciative I was of Christina for taking the extra length to provide contactless drop off / pick up service during the pandemic throughout 2020-2021 (when not in lockdown).It's springtime again and I'm back to get my plants repotted :)

Gave them 1 star for 2 reasons:1) Inconsistent price at point of payment vs what is on the price tag. I have tapped my phone and paid and when I pointed it out she made a story about a wind blowing the price and sticking on it. Couldn't be bothered to argue.2) I bought 3 types of herbs (sage, basil and mint) and she told me to re-pot them into the one pot. Hence the purchase of the pot above. When I got home and googled about it, turns about these herbs should not be in the one pot.So in inconclusion, not knowledgeable and not very honest.Maybe buy elsewhere, and don't listen to any advice given.

Most of the plants are rotting or in poor condition. They aren’t being cared for in an educated manor. There is no possible way of knowing who the staff are as there is no one at the counter and no one greeting or offering assistance to customers. You can purchase all these plants from independent plant stores (or even bunnings!) in much better condition with staff who know about each plant species!

I ordered succulents for my dinner event. The staff were super accommodating to my last minute changes and requests. The final products were stunning and all my guests loved them leaving none behind!

Recently bought some plants for my new place and I am not a green thumb person! BUT the lad working in the shop was so lovely, he explained everything! How to look after the plants, when the best time to water etc. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, 5 stars for the customer service !

Giving two stars because the guy who runs the shop might know more. The woman there clearly had no idea and tried to pass one plant off as another because they look the same"
