I had a terrible experience with this guy. He took about a month to fix my laptop after telling me it would take 2 days. He kept messing me round and lying to me. Told me it was ready twice then when I came to pick it up he said it wasn't ready. When I finally came and got it he charged me more than he had said it would cost the day before. After all that the problems weren't fixed properly. I picked this guy because he had good reviews... will never go here again.

Fixed our MacBook Pro for a quarter of the price that Apple would do it for. It took a few weeks, but I think that was because they were sourcing the parts second hand to keep the price lower.

Amazing customer service & very good value! Came in over the weekend to fix my laptop before I had to leave interstate!In summary, had some bad problems with my keyboard and was recommended to WIX by family. There were some delays due to issues being worse underneath + ordering in a specific keyboard & as I had to go home Interstate, he gave up some of his time on Sunday to fix and double check it! Really appreciate the time he took to fix it, and so happy to have a laptop functioning in time for university and placements :))

My laptop had not been working because water had fallen on keyboard. I was told by many people to bring my device to wix computers and the reviews were all amazing. This man had repaired my laptop and made it appear as though it was brand new i had no more issues. Great service and will come again if needed.
