I have been a client at Universal for a number of years. I am thrilled with the results and love the products. My favourite is the Vit C serum. I can feel my skin drinking it in. The team are professional and very knowledgeable . My 15 year old son started having breakouts . Liz educated him about what was happening, why it was happening and how to fix it. He is very diligent with his skin care now and it is all clear. Liz saved him from a self esteem crisis. I would absolutely recommend this for any pimply teenager. Thanks Liz. Liz and Mon are both so wonderfully knowledgeable and passionate in helping me find long term solutions for my skin. I have been visiting Liz and her lovely ladies over several years. DMK is a wonderful product and I always enjoy my experience at Universal. Liz is extremely professional and her treatments are amazing. I only wish I could stay awake during them! My skin always feels fresh and vital afterwards and the effects last. I couldn't recommend this clinic more highly.

Monique is an amazing beauty therapist, she does the alkaline hair removal treatment on me and this is the only salon out of 4 places i have been that hasnt burnt my skin. Monique is extremely attentive and knows how to take care of your skin. I would reccomend alkaline hair removal treatments from this salon anyday.
