Scan & Go (sometimes) Do you like being falsely accused of being a shoplifter or being tech incompetent by a machine? Well this is what Scan & Go does to loyal, smart, honest customers a LOT!!To add injury to insult there is an old Aussi lady assistant, that sometimes works the self serve area, that is suppose to help when Scan & NO GO will not open the exit gate, who is a very rude, tech ignorant, poorly trained, argumentative, disrespectful Misandrist, that should never be allowed near loyal customers. Her stupidity followed by her snide belittling comments is very annoying. She has no idea what she is doing, even insisting customers pay twice for their items, how ridiculous! I like Scan & Go, but HATE, Scan & wait to be insulted by a machine and then an assistant & then Go. Worse shopping experience EVER !!!!

This is my regular grocer, the centre is only a few years old and everything is modern and clean Woolworths has a large range of grocery, deli, fruit and veg as well as some hardware items. Staff are friendly and helpful

Easy access, plenty of parking, large store with good bakery. Recently added cameras at self checkouts to ensure all items in trolley are scanned.

They have the new self check outs installed. They are super frustrating if you have something in the left in the trolley (not from Woolies) at the of the shop. You have to get an assistant every time to check you haven’t stolen from them. It’s a time waster an negates the convenience of self check out. Also, you feel like you are being accused of stealing every time you shop there. This is not working Woolworths

Scan and go seems to be more an inconvenience than convenience. Double charging , app fall out, get audited 50% of the time.
