Thank you so much for installing my new split system unit! Rival Air were great to work with and I'm very happy with the new unit. Other companies quoted me almost triple what Rival Air did and they installed the day after I paid deposit. The two guys took the old broken unit away and left the apartment very tidy. I will definitely be recommending Rival Air to the other owner occupiers in the building.

We had a Fujitsu ducted system in a property we moved into. There was a fault in the system and we had no paperwork.When we called Fujitsu we were given Rival Air as service contact. Daniel arrived and did a serial number search to find out the system was under warranty. The error message on controller was not in Fujitsu manual, Daniel still managed to diagnose the unit on a weekend (Fujitsu was closed) and later replaced parts including motor under warranty - completely free of charge.Highly recommend them.

We have an older reverse cycle system, Rival Air were able to repair the system through sourcing the part needed and modifying it to suite our system. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again

were given a job by Daikin to fix our ducted system (Under manufacturer warranty); took them four weeks to respond with the correct part, came to repair but this lasted all of one week before the same problem. Gone with different service provider

Beware, they either have broken processes or don't want to do smaller home service jobs. Either way,,,,, as I say beware.Needed a service call or a new multi-head system not sure which- but system was hard down. Go onto their website fill in online form early November, get an automated reply to my email from Nadeene Jones minutes later that I must click link to verify- so I do. Waited 48 hours and nothing (and still nothing to this day) and so contacted another supplier. Showed up the same day. That afternoon I placed a 5K order with them for a new system. Could have fixed existing system but made no sense as it was quite old. Plan to put an additional system in after XMAS.10K loss to Rival air.

Had the team come out on a warranty claim on my fujitsu split system after their competitor wasnt interested in a small job. Despite being a little late (understandable in summer), they kept me informed of their arrival time. Jarrad was professional, friendly, and fixed the issue in 2 mins. Process was very simple and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Thanks team. great work.

I contacted a few companies including Daikin directly Re my air con not working - Rival were the quickest to come out and Luke was fantastic - diagnosed and repaired the system very quickly. Highly recommend their services

The service technician was able to diagnose a faulty fan motor, order a replacement and changeover the motor in a few days. He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy for us. I would definitely recommend this company for any air conditioning or heating work.
