This is possibly the worst store I've ever bought anything from. We purchased an Alfa shelvage system and were told that we couldn't pay for installation in store. Then over a week later we were called and told that we had to come back in store and pay for installation before they would come and install it. After discussing with their manager (who was extremely rude), we organized cash on installation.This was fine until the installer came to our house unannounced. We had no cash on us, and he made my partner go to the ATM to go get cash.Highly recommend you take your shopping elsewhere. 0/10.

Helpful storage ideas. Love the Evovac Suction Bathroom Shower Caddy. Fantastic in the shower and they work really well, have about 2 litres of shampoos and conditions in the shelving without a problem. Service has improved and all the staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly. Products are on the pricey side, but I the ones I have brought are good quality and I think would only need to buy once.

3 times i've gone in to get a simplehuman bin each time there is none instock and each time they have to order one in, given their prices are 20% more than other online businesses i may as well order this online myself cheaper and have it delivered to my door. Why pay a premium retail experience but get the online, come into store to pick it up experience for more?

Dishonest and appalling practices. The goods are more expensive than equivalent products at Bunnings so you expect better quality. We returned with a product that was supposed to adhere to our 2 pack kitchen door. Not only did it keep falling off, despite having only one dishcloth on it, but the staff refused to exchange it. In another instance, we had returned faulty product. They issued a credit note less than 4 months ago in December 2022. We went to use it this Thursday and were told it was expired. Lesson: buy it at Bunnings or Big W where they stand behind their product.
