I have been to this particular location and this particular location is reasonably placed within the particular location in which it resides.I went to pat for my fuel one day and the attendant at this particular location asked If I had a Woolworths rewards card and I said yes, then I had to say but what I don't have is my debit card" which was a bit awkward

Staff is very unprofessional and rude... they don’t admit their mistakes and start arguing with customers... I had a filling of around $62 and requested for Uber discount showing my Platinum discount card/voucher but he said to wait for 2-3 minutes cause system was not working, I did, but system was not still working... I said to do it manually as they have codes to do it for an applicable discount... but he denied and started to argue, and said to drive off without paying... and later he made a call to his manager about this matter but manager seemed me at next level of him... he wanted to talk me instead of giving right instructions to that guy...I denied, just saying “Just give me the applicable discount and I am fine, you have wasted my 10 minutes...” he started to yell on me...and eventually he did the discount...So here, this is my feedback to the owner and management about the incident...that your staff member insulted me in front of couple of customers, and wasted my 10 minutes in my busy time. Therefore, I will be launching a complaint against that guy, manager, if you don’t admit your mistake, and if I don’t listen back from you within one week, I will initiate my legal action...I noticed you guys try to mislead the customers saying system is not working to avoid giving discounts... and at your station, windshield wipers and water are always in very dirty conditions, no body can use that dirty stuff to clean windshields... you are supposed to provide all facilities in good manner being a service centre in the community...

Not sure why but for some reason this Caltex seems to be the cheapest around most of the time. They're often first to bring the price down and last to put it back up. Nice friendly staff and they take Caltex StarCash both digital and cards

This is our local servo. Plenty of late night snacks have been purchased from this fine establishment. Honestly, the staff keep me coming back. They're all great people, all smiles and have good banter.In fact a lot of the staff know my partner and I by name now.They're always open and always happy to see us wander in to grab a can of mother or a cheeky Maxibon at 3am.When working in hospitality this was a lifesaver, as next to nothing else is open when we finished for the night.10 outta 10, would recommend.

Normally very satisfied with this place. However, tonight I rang to find out petrol price. The staff member said it is against the law to give that over the phone. Didn't sound right so continued questioning and it came out it as the service station policy not to give prices of petrol. So can't get the reason right and so only highlights the stupid policy - won't give prices over the phone. So much for customer service and price transparency.

Terrible service. The lady serving at the counter was too busy having a conversation with her work mate to even acknowledge me. No hello. Barely looked at me, said the price and said receipt? Then carried on her conversation.This isn’t the first time this has happened. Normally she’s busy talking to her biker friend if it’s night time. How hard is it to have decent customer service these days?! Honestly disgusting service.

The clerk, Emma didn’t even say a word to me it was very strange…

While other Service Stations in the vicinity hiked up their prices by Wednesday 20th January, Caltex Star Mart Camp Hill held out for a while longer. Bit of a line up, to be expected in the supply and demand game. I got over half a tank at $1.15 per litre. Had I have gone to other nearby Service Stations, I would only have gotten in between a quarter/half full tank ($1.55 at usual Servo). The cherry on top of my good luck...I walk inside to pay, got a blast of super cool air conditioning, followed by a warm greeting and top notch customer service.
