Do not go here for covid test long waiting times then no results given waste of time

Nurses are lovely, made me feel comfortable even though I don't like needles! Didn't answer the phone first call, so called another day and got on to them fine.

The staff at Laverty Broadmeadow are hopeless they don’t respect people’s time their opening hours from 8:30am and they arrive 9:15They say we shut on lunch time 30 minutes you come back after 30 min to realise they extended their nap to 45 minutes don’t recommended at all worst service I’ve ever been in Newcastle

Been 4 days since I had my covid test and 5 days since my partner had hers and still no result. Everyone I know who went elsewhere for their tests, on the same dates, got them back within a day or 2.I am unable to go work the shops or anywhere until I receive the result so I am a prisoner in my own home until I receive it.I believe Laverty have bitten off more than they can chew in the name of greed without having the ability or infrastructure to provide their services on this scale

Many reviews are for the wrong location - the covid drive thru.The actually laverty upstairs in broadmeadow medical centre is great.
