Melbourne Mainfreight Warehousing – Epping

It would be good if suppliers directing customers to the warehouse inform customers.Don't blindly go without a booking. Even though they say its fine, its not. Security will not let you in.

Rude and non professional staff, called 6 hours before come to pick up in the depot. After arrival, they said their forgot to enter my pick up details to the system before hand. So, I have to go to the security guard and enter all the details again. The office has no one pick up phone calls. Also, the security was very rude asked if he can make a call to the office and hes reply with ' No, U just wait in the car park and someone will bring it out when they've free'. Seat in my car for over 40 mins still not receiving it.Stay away from this company !!!! and go with someone else. Could not believe a company with such huge scale has the worst customer service.

Went to this Depot for a customer pick-up at gate 3, for customer parking. I'll waited there for 45min, the security guard have no idea. When you asked them about the time you waiting for 1 box they said you got to wait.Clearly that not customer service.

After reading everyone else's reviews, I don't think I need to add anything else.- items lost- items broken- no communication- Phone System brokenIt has been such an ordeal, I Can't even remember everything that's happened now and still do not have what I ordered after 2 months.

Terrible service, I booked a pick up and at the gate I noticed nobody passed the info to the gatehouse. I had to call the office and ask them for the info. After that, I being kept waiting for one hour until someone brought the item to me.

Fantastic staff very helpful and willing to help when any natural disaster occurs great service and trust worthy.

A lot of mixed reviews but my experience has been great. I had a notification that my shipment was in transit for delivery today, I called Mainfreight and asked if it was possible to confirm a more accurate time. They put me on hold and called the driver, forwarded my details and he advised he would call an hour before arriving - I can’t really ask for more than that.

Went to collect an item for a customer that was ready for pickup, ended up waiting 20mins, asked what was happening, said they had lost it in the warehouse and where looking for it, waited another 20mins still nothing, one guy then told me that they still couldn't find it. Waited up until 1.5hrs as I needed the item for a job that day to then be told that they didn't have the item at all. This is also after my customer went to collect the day before but they told her they wouldn't let her take it because she was driving a sedan. Very unprofessional with changing the story and giving me the run around. Would NOT recommend this shipping company.

Lost package and a slow and painful resolution process. It was eventually located but I was then required to pick it up. Overall delays meant I lost money on my job waiting for the supplies. No compensation was offered except a discount on all future delivery would not recommend.

Tried to contact Mainfreight at 0645hrs 08.05.2019 regarding an urgent issue.Call connect gave me a disconnected number.Wesite gave me a disconnected number.Tried everywhere to find other numbers which are active. As part of this, the website has sections which simply don't respond. Gave up. No success!Are you still in business??? Do you have an a/h number for emergencies?? What happens when a truck rolls over?? What happens with an a/h D.G. Issue??Does anyone care??
