A big thanks to the team from Your Local Roofers. They were very professional tradesman and fixed a tricky leak on our townhouse. We had many other builders and roofers try fix our leak and water ingress issue, which had been going on for over a year. Ethan worked on our place, he was a pleasure to deal with. He took his job seriously and displayed excellent trade skills. I would highly recommend.

Good service, value for money quality job, and my gutter problems were solved. A few minor glitches with the communication and document transmission tool, but awesome that the communication was successful and effective. Professional, quick, and quality job from Ethan, who made an alternate recommendation to the original plan to solve the issues properly. He also did the work safely!

Extremely happy with the service from Ethan at Your Local Roofers. Ethan was at it the entire day and when it started raining lightly, he tarped everything up and waited for the weather to subside and then kept going when it did. I didn't ask him to. Very impressed with Ethan's attitude and of course his workmanship. At the end of the day when it was dark and cold, he continued to make sure he'd cleaned up and left everything tidy, again not at my request. The work is excellent and a big improvement from what was there, both cracked roof tiles and cracked patio roof. Thanks a lot! Hopefully we don't need them again but if we do, we won't be looking anywhere else!

Michael worked on the roof to repair the loose pointing on the ridge-cap. He worked through the job diligently and efficiently. He cleaned up not only the direct area but also the roof generally and left the ridge-capping looking as good as new.

I’m grateful to Your Local Roofers for taking on a difficult job installing a new box gutter in a hard to access location. The installer was very pleasant and professional. I appreciated the way he explained what was happening and took photos so he could satisfy me the work had been done properly. He was also diligent about keeping the work site safe and cleaning up after the job was completed.

They were very responsive and sent out someone straight away to look at the roof damage and provided an estimate and pictures. Once the quote was accepted, the roof was fixed within a week which was faster than I expected. They also sent pictures of the repairs afterwards.

I thought I was getting a local roofer from my area but really it is just a consolidated group of Sydney wide sub-contractors managed by this business. The process to repair my roof was quite long for a small job - quoted in early Feb and completed at end of May (4 months). Scheduling is pretty random and not always convenient & sometimes a no-show or lack of understanding between tradies and manager. The process is professional, streamlined and has merit and the tradies on the job were nice enough. The management redeemed themselves in the latter stages to get the job done in accordance with my quote requirements and improve communications and scheduling. The job was done ok and I was satisfied. It just required lots of patience.
