I called the company, spoke to Mo for a quote on a job. I was given a quote and confirmation for the work to be done on Friday, January 13th. I texted him on Thursday to reconfirm, but no reply. I called, texted and sent a voicemail on the day of the job; still no response.I'd taken a day off work and waited the whole day for this company. As a casual worker I don't get paid for my days off.He could at least have the courtesy to call or send a quick text, to say he won't make it.

Did not expect him to come out on a Saturday and help resolve my hot water issueGreat to work with and really friendly and personable

And, was also very transparent w me about the ‘options’ available to me when it came to completing the electrical job at hand. Moe was great, arrived the next day on time and had great communication from the first phone call. Replaced 2 some alarms quickly at a good price. Will definitely use Moe for any future work on the house.
