I was really impressed with Simon who was doing some conveyancing work for me. The property I was going to purchase was complicated involving a lengthy Strata report with various issues. Simon went through the contract and the Strata report diligently and answered all of my many questions. Simon was always open, honest and never sugar coated his advice.
