Ozcare - Corporate Office

Had a conversation with them about an invoice then when they thought I was no longer on the phone the little girl started having a conversation with her college being disrespectful saying things about what I had said to her acting like a 16 yo little girl gossiping about someone. If that's how they speak about customers behind their back who knows what else they do maybe they tell other people your private information just as a matter of gossip.

Don't go anywhere near them, or Canossa Private hospital. All they believe in is working AGAINST you and not WITH YOU, especially when I am the Enacted EPOA for my frail elderly mum. And the doctor threatened me, the director of the hospital threatened me and today a NUM threatened me. They are right but you are always wrong. I guess if there was good communication in place, it wouldn't be an issue. I copped threats last year too, but didn't action them. This year I'm not putting up with this. ANY caring medical services don't threaten patients or loved ones. Today mum was in tears because the physiotherapist pushed mum beyond her pain threshold to the point of nausea. Mum begged for a BREAK to recoup her stomach only to be told by the physio I'm not the enemy here". I already posted a review on Canossa Private site to find they stop you from posting further legitimate reviews. Must have things to hide. My mum is the world to me. They NEVER apologise or take accountability for their stuff ups. Mum couldn't even reach the buzzer today as she was in a chair at the end of the bed and the buzzer was in the bed out of reach. Ozcare owns Canossa Private and even Ozcare staff are rude and don't care. I see a fair few bad reviews from patient family members and past employees. One was even blurred out. Must have things to hide."

havent actually been in here but it has to be the top 10 ugliest buildings in brisbane, looks like some futuristic temple or something, complete waste of a perfect cliffside location also why is there a massive slope into the ground, what happens if you fall in which absolute wally designed this

My workplace so I say it is great. Not public though!
