Studio Pilates International Newstead
I have thoroughly enjoyed Studio Pilates. I have in the past struggled to commit to an exercise routine but have finally found a class that fits. I enjoy the accountability and the small group atmosphere, which results in more one on one direction from the instructors. Pilates in general is on the more expensive side, but I believe this is worth the money. I would highly recommend to others.

Studio Pilates International Newstead
My new love is Pilates Studio International Newstead. It has everything you need to achieve your goals- caring trainers, fantastic and effective exercises and plenty of different class starts. I have done 8 classes so far but I already feel how my body is becoming stronger and more beautiful. I would recommend for everyone to get in to Pilates and enjoy the positive change!

Just completed my 6 class Intro offer in Studio Pilates Newstead and have loved every minute. The instructors are so attentive, encouraging, and motivational making every class I’ve had so far super enjoyable, while also always being a tough, full body workout. Have purchased more classes and just cannot recommend enough!

The team at Studio Pilates Newstead are incredibly warm and welcoming. Every week, I look forward to my Monday classes with Laura and Tuesday's with Em. All the instructors are so helpful in subtly correcting your form to make sure that you are getting the most out of every class. You feel so good at the end of every class and quickly see results that you'll love. It's seriously the best toning workout out there!

Reformer Pilates was recommended by my specialist GP to help reverse my early onset osteoporosis. I came because I had to, I keep coming because I love it! I feel so much stronger after the workouts and the instructors are so attentive and helpful. I highly recommend Studio Pilates!

By far the best instructors here at Newstead! I actually look forward to Pilates when I come here. The screens also make the workout super easy to follow and the instructors have the best eye for letting you know if you can improve your position for a better result! Highly, highly recommend.

Studio Pilates International Newstead
Studio Pilates Newstead is hands down the best studio I’ve attended. They’re very attentive to your physical needs such as injuries, the instructors are magic and super helpful with providing tips and corrections during the workout, you almost feel like it’s one on one. Having the screens with the movements on is my favourite part and the equipment is amazing. Studio is incredibly clean and follows excellent safety protocols which was super important for me. I spoke so highly of it that my pilates phobic partner has even joined. Would definitely recommend to anyone if any fitness level, you won’t regret it.

I love this place! I recently signed up & joined Newstead Studio Pilates having recently moved to Brisbane. I am so happy I found and chose this studio straight away! The studio space is clean, new & modern making it a great atmosphere to workout in. The instructors focus on technique whilst catering to all fitness levels & goals. They’re also great at correcting posture & making sure you’re technically correct with all the different moves.The classes are always different, so you’re never ever bored. This place is awesome, I would tell anyone + everyone to give it a go & do a class.
