ordered 4 shirts. 2 colours were not available from the supplier to Plus Embroidery. They did not tell me but simply refunded the price. I might have amended my order if they had told me but I was stuck withe same postage for 2 shirts as I agreed to pay for 4. Not good enough customer service.Thanks for the postage adjustment. And I appreciate that you look at and respond to reviews.

We had ordered some vest with embroideries and we are really happy with it. Quality of vests were good and embroideries had a neat finishing. Service was excellent and delivered on time. Highly recommend them

I ordered clothes for my stay up business after finding Plus Embroidery through a Google search. From the moment I decided to place my order i had several conversations with Graham who was incredibly responsive and helpful along the way. I received my shipment today and the quality of the clothing put a massive smile on my face. My logo looks really good and I was excited to wear it and show it off to my customers. Sizes were great, quality of the garments is terrific and the price for the products plus the embroidery was remarkable. Cannot fault the service given by Graham. He walked me through our first order by helping me fine tune our design to make sure we had it right. Lots of emails back and forth. Very appreciative to him for making this process so much easier for me…..And the shirts look fantastic!!
