Was recommended this place by a friend and I'm glad I took their advice. Proof you don't need to spend a lot of money to get a great mattress.The staff were extremely friendly. I've tried nearly every mattress store in Townsville in the last day and a half, and hands down OMF (especially Tara and Zoe) gave the best customer service. The team gave me some space instead of hovering around me when it came to trying mattresses, so it took out any awkwardness associated.The team helped me stay well below budget, let me know of any upcoming sales, and started by showing me their cheapest mattresses well below my budget, and then worked their way up (still within budget).This is really important because other places were clearly just try to take my money, and would start by showing me things several hundred dollars outside my budget and I had to push to be pointed in the direction of cheaper products.Staff were able to help me choose by fairly explaining the pros and cons of each mattress (clearly know their products) and they didn't pressure me to go for the pricier option.Strongly recommend going here for getting a good mattress at a low and fair price, and for good customer service.

Great store great prices great staff, went in today had a chat with Steven. told him what I wanted he showed me a few mattresses, found the right one for me and my pregnant partner. Steven let us look around and didn’t hassle us like the other stores did. Highly recommend the store and steven as a sales man! 6/5 stars from me!
