Olivia owns the business and gave me a wonderful haircut. Very capable and extremely personalised service. Ebony, one of her staff is also a wonderful hairdresser. I would recommend this business to everyone who wants a stylish haircut with extremely high standard of service. I was even gaven some home-made cookies to take home. Cheers Mark Raff

Olivia who owns this salon is just a delight! I was on holiday and needed some hair colour and I’m so glad I found this gorgeous little hair salon. I read the reviews before I booked and all the great reviews are accurate. My hair colour is fabulous and I also had some beauty treatments. Thank you, Olivia … I will be back when I’m next in beautiful Rainbow Bay!

I appreciate how Olivia really cares about the health of my hair. She sat with me for a good while just to talk about a care plan to get it strong & healthy. The salon is very spacious, modern design and good vibes. The shampoo and conditioner I bought here smells so yummy and my hair is so soft. It’s lovely to come here to pamper myself after being at the beach.

So glad I found this salon!! After having to say goodbye to my usual hair stylist of many years I was very nervous to go on the hunt for another; a task I've hated throughout my adult life, usually taking a lot of trial and error at many different salons to find just the right one... but thankfully this time I got lucky on the first try! The Bay Hair Co is just beautiful and has a lovely vibe. Shannon you did an incredible job with my hair (and side note, your head massage during the wash was maybe the best i've ever had!) you've definitely become a fast favourite!Thank you so much ladies, I've for sure found my new regular spot!!

Literally the best in the bay! Down for the weekend for my birthday so wanted to treat myself to a blowdry and style. Having been to several other locations for this same service I can hands down say that this is the best service I’ve ever received. Tiandra was amazing and ensured that she gave me the look I was after with my curl requested. Friendly amazing team just made you feel so comfortable. Would recommend to all and hope to come back when I’m next in the area.

I had such a pleasant experience at this hair salon. The staff are welcoming, friendly an informative.I am a natural brunette that likes to have my hair coloured anywhere between an ashy blonde to platinum. Ebony was my hairdresser and I couldn't have been happier with the end result she achieved. She was able to create a natural and well blended shade of ash blonde colour, leaving no streaks or much regrowth to make it noticeable that I've had foils. She took the time to educate me on products and how to maintain having blonde hair which I appreciated a lot.Thanks again, I look forward being a returning customer!

I have nothing but glowing things to say about the gorgeous and incredibly talented team at The Bay Hair Co. I have been following Olivia as my hairstylist for a decade because there is, literally, no one I have ever met who can compare to her. Every member of The Bay Hair Co. team is wonderful at what they do from relaxing head massages with your treatments to perfect colour matches and beautiful hair styling. I hope they stay in business forever because there is no where else I can ever imagine going. I cannot recommend them enough. They get twenty stars on a five star scale.

I had such a great experience at The Bay Hair Co. Olivia did my hair and the foils were the most amazing seamless beautiful clean blond I could have hoped for. I live in Brisbane but will definitely make the journey down as it is well worth it. What a gem of a salon. Any ladies after foils I highly recommend! Thanks again I am still loving my hair! Jemima

Love the team down at The Bay Hair Co! Olivia really prioritizes the health of your hair and takes the time to understand what you're wanting from your visit. The boutique salon is also in a really cute location in a very untouched 'original Gold Coast' part of the area. Highly recommend! :)
