My wife had chose to surprise me for valentine's day by sending me flowers and premium chocolates and the most expensive vase they had we got severely ripped off they charged my wife $30 for chocolates they got from. Woolworths for $8 and $35 for a vase that was supposed to be 35 plus cm in height instead gave me a $5 mason jar from neds with a lid that is no taller then 20 cm so $207 later and I get home after 9 hours of work to find out that they ripped my wife off.not impressed at all please do not bother with these rip off artist you will be honestly let down .

Excellent service and efficient. Ordered from the website as we live in the UK. Website easy to use and lots of choice. Ordered and immediate email confirmation received. Delivered on time and friends very happy with beautiful flowers, chocolates and teddy. Would definitely use the company again.

Received our wedding bouquets and deeply disappointed. Ordered dark dusty rose pink and received bouquets with dusty rose plus peach coloured roses and a couple of yellow in the bridesmaid bouquet. Peach?? Ican't stand peach or yellow. I do not appreciate my wedding colours being changed. The wedding colours were very simple and I thought impossible to stuff up. I was going to buy long dusty rose ribbons and was told no they were happy to do this. The bouquets are tied with hessian rope!! The only thing correct is the rose shape. As I live 3 hours away there is no way to fix this. So I am writing this in the early hours of my wedding day because I can't sleep.

My Goodness my experience with St Agnes Florist was amazing!! I was able to make a phone call and speak in person with Debby who helped me make the best choice for an absolutely beautiful arrangement for a friend. The price was unbelievable, the service amazing and the flowers were gorgeous!!!!! I can not recommend this business highly enough. Thankyou for your patience and fast service!!!
