Okay, until it's not.Booking system is so misleading stating that there is inclusive cover for damage and loss. What they don't specify on the booking dashboard is that some materials (glass) are not covered until you try and claim for damage. Staff are not helpful at all and sound so disinterested in helping, even after being a customer for quite a while. Absolutely no responsibility taken, all they do is hide behind fine print to avoid having to reimburse. Will be staying away from now on if that's the kind of service I'll be getting.

Marlene and Jamie were very helpful in rebooking a job that had been overlooked for collection for four days. I am hopeful the parcels, booked for collection last Monday, will be collected today (Friday). Previous correspondence with a different customer service assistant regarding this issue during the week was not helpful so I was very grateful to receive friendly assistance from Marlene.

Having recently been employed by a company that requires booking quite a lot of freight for parcels/pallets/cartons etc, I was introduced to Interparcel and have found the site extremely easy to navigate and locate the best freight option and price. Furthermore, when recently having an issue with a short shipment, I had to lodge a query to try and locate the missing carton. The Interparcel website provided a convenient option to lodge the short shipment and I was contacted by Senior CSR (Hellen) very promptly (within less than an hour), and after providing a few necessary details, the issue was resolved within 1 day and the missing carton was located and redirected to our customer! Very good service.

I am a customer waiting for a parcel and checked my tracking number and saw that it was marked exception- there is something wrong with this shipment" so I contacted the online chat with an operator called Tarai T. Basically the person on the other end took 15 minutes to reply after each comment I made and then finally I asked if they were still there and 5 minutes later they said yes sorry for the delay and then it said they were off-line (hung up on me). Wasted half hour trying to get information with a chat that went nowhere. Unbelievable. Got no answers

Had a hic-up in the collection of my parcels. Advised Interparcel re my problem and was helped straight away and beyond. The office organised everything from refund to rescheduling the pick-up. I like to recommend Interparcel for all your parcel shipments. Their website interface is easy to use, gives you a good idea re pricing and efficiency of the various carriers. A pity though, that Australia Post is not a member of the listing.A job well done!

We got a quote for $64.45 with all the information entered correctly and with all the details required. After it was all done, got a notice to pay an extra $36.80, citing clause 6.1 and saying that if we paid quickly they would offer a $11 discount on the extra charge.Well, this is a terrible customer experience. If more charges are a possibility at all, always quote for the worst case scenario upfront. Quote me for $100 and then if it ends up being $64.45, then all the better. That would be a positive surprise.If you need to present the costumer with an adjustment in fees after the decision has been made, that adjustment needs to be in the costumer benefit; not a major GOTCHA!Never again! You got an extra few bucks from us, but you lost a client.
