Greenwood Grocer

This is my favourite green grocer in Sydney. Got a good selection of fruit + veggies, vegetarian + vegan food, cold meats (ham etc), cheese, international products (Italian, Greek, Japanese, Indian, Turkish and more), sauce, nuts, snacks and tea. I don’t think it’s more expensive than anywhere else in Sydney, but the quality is better. My partner and I will continue shopping here.

Way too expensive! They're selling good products but not for the average person. Better try Coles which is not far away.

Has a lot of cool stuff, quirky foods from odd places and some good pasta. Produce is always fresh too whichcis good, and convenient since it's next to the train station.

Quite an impressive range of items, with lots of their foods on the more gourmet and organic side of pricing. Some notable ranges were the selection of Manuka honeys, one up to $250 for a single jar. They also have a great range of fancy biscuits and lollies, including sweet little jars wrapped with twine and secured with checkered fabric under the lid - all sorts of sweets and biscuits that you can easily use as a gift. Greenwood Grocer also has a great range of refrigerated drinks, both in regard to healthier options and more sugary ones too. They stock all types of Jarritos (have never seen these in a store before? let alone for $2.99??!) iced coffee, Noah's Juices, a large range of kombucha, Sips, Famous Soda Co, Presha Fruit Juice, Impressed Fruit Juice, refrigerated ready-to-go Berocca, Dr Pepper and other cans of drink (of which are only $2 each!). The service at the counter is typically nothing memorable, and without conversation, but the job is done and your bag is packed.They also stock a large range of well-known lollies, including Nerds, Reeses, Gobstoppers and Swedish Fish. They also have a range of vegan items, including lesser-seen vegan chocolate brands too.

They are a green grocer so some things can be more expensive, some things are the same as supermarket or cheaper. It pays to look through the store. Their produce is very fresh so you do pay for quality. Lovely selection of other food related products. They have a little kiosk out the front of the store that sells fresh salads and yoghurts. I do buy salads from here for lunch which are fresh and delicious so do recommend this.

Prestigious items. Premium and fresh produce. Exotic flavours available from local sources and abroad. Prices are too expensive. There is no competition for this store bar Coles, hence why.
