The cleanliness of this store was appalling. The floors were sticky and dirty and leftover food was left on the ground. The toilet was unsanitary. I m giving this rating so that the store manager can address this. In its current state. It is not fit to serve food.

I don’t really recommend this KFC, and they need to improve some aspects such as food preparation, customer service and delivery system. It took ages to get our meal because our order went missing… They need more staff to be more efficient. The food was ok, but we didn’t expected much from a fast-food.

By far the worse KFC in WA. Don’t even think about getting anything decent from here. The wicked wings is blend. The crispy chicken isn’t so at all and are super tiny. Just look at that drumstick. Fries are soggy. I would have ordered from Willetton branch but the app didn’t give me the option. Absolutely zero quality from this branch. Don’t come here.

Gross. By far the worst KFC ever. Ordered a Zinger box, drive through at 1:20pm. Changed the potato and gravy to coleslaw which was never received. Chips were old and dry not crispy. Zinger bun was stale. Chicken wasn’t crunchy, coating was dry and had sat around for ages. Wings were soggy and tasted like old chicken. Clearly on a tight budget. I have been here a few times and this was terrible. The lack of respect for what your making and me as a customer is a clear sign the owners are nasty. I wish a rapid decline upon you, bankruptcy and famine. My disdain for you is as poisonous as your revolting chicken. Do something you love, easy to cook deep fried chicken is clearly not your thing!

Worth for the branch manager to look into quality control. Spicy fried chicken wasn’t spicy, smelled like old oil being used and burnt. Pale in comparison to Cannington branch.Drive thru staff didn’t give me coleslaw from my order so I had to go to the counter after checking. Chips were good anyway.

Waited 1 hr for online order, took the family out for lunch, food was ok, it wasn’t fresh, just sort of warm but the guys toilets weren’t clean at all, pee all over the place, looked like there were stains that had been there longer than the store, customer service was good and it had a clean lobby. Best 2 out of 5??

The management in this store is terrible. Made a drive through order and received wrong order, tried to call them and they won't answer phone. Went back to store and told them what happened, manager was rude and tried to blame me for taking the order. The store was dirty and had a pungent urine smell which I never realise till I had to go in store. I will not be a returning customer.

The worst completely inedible. Ordered a KFC hot and spicy mixed feats this evening. Chicken was cooked in oil that was so old the chicken tasted smoky, chicken soggy and fries soggy. But absolute worst was the smoky old oil taste. Nuggets were the only nice part of the meal.

I went to the drive-through service and ordered the family feast, they told us to park somewhere, and they would deliver the food to us. We have been waiting in the car for 15 minutes for a fast food restaurant! Then I went down to check, and they said they didn’t have the record of my order! They only started to prepare my order when I showed it to them on my phone. What a waste of time!
