Best gym ever , best staff , it feels like a second home. I love being here. I have the best Pt trainer Isabella. She has helped me work on all my injuries I feel like million dollars . I highly recommend any one come in and join

Decided to join for reformer pilates and overall health. Very excited about the new gym equipment, very reasonably priced for the equipment and training sessions offered. Very clean place and updated. Air conditioned and the lady who explained the time table and processes to me was lovely.

Great range of exercise machines, Friendly staff, toilets always clean.Enjoy coming here.Only thing I have a issue with is to keep fruit, milk, oats, coffee capsules always stocked as I'm sure women don't like asking when it is part of the joining initiative you offer free breakfast so let all the options be available and not run out.
