Had an issue with my car service last year, but Wayne whom I dealt with at the time said he would rectify it in this year’s service.... and that he did.Service was quick, got a great spare car whilst mine was getting serviced, and honoured the discount that was offered out of the situation from the year prior.Plus Wayne is a great bloke. Thanks for the service team.

Not only have I purchased several brand new cars from Courtney and Patterson who always gave me the best deal and far greater service than others, when I had an issue with my car I was in Sydney and the Ford dealer there didnt know what was wrong with my car, couldn't fix it and cost me heaps. Ford themselves couldn't help. When I got back to Melbourne I took my car to Courtney and Patterson and they knew exactly what was wrong, some fuel valve, and fixed it straight away.Another time water was leaking from the windscreen washer. I was in Swan Hill and took the car the Ford dealer there. They charged me over $150 and said they couldn't fix it as Ford didn't list a part for it. Took the car into Courtney and Patterson and they fixed it really quickly for only $130. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with other Ford dealers and just go to Courtney and Patterson, you will be stress free and far happier.

First time ever taking my BF to a dealer but so happy I did. My ICC unit was shot but now it's not. Andre and all the fellas there are first rate, no muss no fuss and very happy with the price. Won't be going anywhere else in future.

After dealing with two other dealerships, I ended up at Courtney Patterson in Yarra St, what a different level of service!! Wayne went above and beyond To help me and to diagnose the ongoing problem I had with my car.The other dealers kept dismissing me and were not helpful at all!! I’ll definitely be recommending them to my Ford friends.

I had my car serviced and a few issues looked at recently and paid $3500 for repairs, I have had to take it back twice now as repairs weren’t done satisfactorily. It is now back for third time with ongoing issues that they say were checked and working correctly but aren’t. Worst service experience ever and they aren’t willing to take responsibility for not fixing it the first time.

Always had terrible service here. Car was supposed to be in 2 days and it’s been 4 and no phone call. I had to call. Had the manager call me who then hung up on me! Said I was rude!Had one of the service team (in the last) question me whether I knew how to open my car door (as there was issues with opening the door with keyless entry)All in all no idea on how to treat customers when there are issues. Now won’t have a car for the weekend.Will take my business elsewhere in the future if I buy another Ford
