Total Rip-off 3 times over charged and been told to have documents ready time but 2 days delayed without any contact. I never have to pay that much for just a tax returns before. Ask them for explanation and they said it was their normal price. I took my documents for a quote somewhere else in the areas for the future tax returns and got quote for one third of the price. Will never go back

We had always completed our own tax returns - but what a relief it was when we decided to use HR Block to complete it. Wish we had done this all along. Staff always pleasant and helpful, one visit and it is completed. We would tell anyone to use HR Block, remove all tension from yourself.

I have used Donna for over 20 yrs and she has proved to be super efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I can ask a query at any time and she will always get back to me promptly. The rates are extremely reasonable given the level of service she offers. If you want an excellent accountant who will maximize your return i would recommend her.

Donna Ling and her team are extremely wonderful. I have been seeing Donna over the last 5 years and the process is always extremely professional and positive. She always answers my questions and explains (with great patience) various tax related issues to me in a meaningful, non-technical way which allows me to understand the concepts. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an accountant to handle their tax issues.

These guys have zero customer service and just chase money from their clients.I paid them to do my tax return and they made a mistake which lead to problems with my TFN and rather than fixing it they want to charge me to fix it because and I quote if I spend time doing something i don't get paid for I lose money"These guys wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face"

4 not 5 stars only because I don't know enough about tax law to judge if a better outcome is possible, I doubt it is. I initially went to H&R Block, after realising I had overpaid the ATO due to ignorance about depreciation, that overpayment was recovered when H&R did my return and I have used them ever since, the speed and simplicity of having my return done by H&R is worth every cent of their tax deductible fee.
