Realmark are very professional and timely in their dealings with any concerns or enquiries, I highly recommend entrusting your home to Realmark for overseeing and management of affairs or renting a property.Tegan our Property Manager has gone over and above when responding to any queries, property maintenance and keeping good communications with Tennant and Landlord.I am extremely pleased with the service received and love renting through Realmark.

As a landlord, Teagan has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and has been very communicative with any issues that occur. She also regularly provides recommendations that seem very fair and reasonable. We have been very happy having her as our property manager and the team beyond have also been awesome to deal with! I feel confident that my tenants are happy and making the most out of the property :)

Very professional, friendly and went above and beyond for me and my family. In these tough times of the current rental market, I have found some agencies to be cold, lack empathy and be very rude, but my entire experience with North Coastal has been effortless and nurturing!Colleen was particularly awesome! Shannon has been managing our property for a few years now and she is amazing! Everything gets sorted quickly and she always has good suggestions and has been so helpful with any maintenance or upgrades we’ve wanted to do.We don’t currently live in Perth and she has made it super easy to do everything remotely. Would highly recommend Realmark Duncraig and especially Shannon as a property manager.

I'm very happy with Teagan as I've found her to be efficient in handling my rental property. She's always dealt with any issues promptly and any queries I've had she has been happy to respond quickly to and is always very helpful. Shannon McInerheney at North Coastal office has been my property manager for the last 6-7 years, she has been fantastic, very responsive and detailed in taking care of the property, property owner and the tenants. Shannon is the only reason why I still keep the property especially while I am far far away. She is a star!
