I went in with a gift voucher and had chosen what service I wanted based upon the menu on the website. When I asked for it they said that it was $10 more than I saw on the website. That I must have looked at another franchises menu.I asked them for a neck and shoulder massage, accupressure and foot soaking based upon the $60.I got a foot soak for 10 minutes and a foot massage for 50 minutes.

My second experience receiving a massage in general. My first was in Qld which was quite nice, so I thought I'd try the local.Lady at the front couldn't have been more rude and impatient. I was led to a room and left there with no explanations.Requested oil massage for back, neck and shoulders. Was immediately uncomfortable when a male staff was apparently assigned to me and came into the room. I was never asked if that would be okay with me (especially considering I'd be topless for the oil). I felt at time he was going too far over my lower back. He only stopped when I pulled my leggings up to cover the top of my bottom. Other than that it was an average experience, as I couldn't even relax.The lady only showed some manners at the end when receiving my payment. I guess money is worth smiling for.

If i could give it 0 i would, i went to the one downstairs and the lady at the front with short hair was rude and extremely impatient. Tried to tell her what i wanted and she rubbed her face and head in frustration all because I was asking for multiple services. Rough hands whilst massaging my back and instead of it feeling good, it was hurting so bad. Extremely rude and arrogant, did not smile or try to make conversation. Will never return to this business again.

I had an excellent massage with Nicky. She worked out all the tight areas in my shoulders and back. Good pressure and communicated well to make sure I was comfortable.Came out feeling 100 time better. I'll be coming back to see Nicky again.

Great full body massage here. I was a bit sceptical due to being inside a Westfield but staff were lovely and super accommodating. Massage was great. Will be back.

Since that Mr. Wang left, under the management of the new manager, the store has been getting worse and worse

Had a shoulders, neck and back massage. Girl used her elbows and forearms the entire time and even after I indicated it was painful she kept going. She took and made a phone call while massaging me. My back was worse the following day. When I paid they insisted I pay cash even though the EFT machine was sitting on the counter.I had been here before and had a good experience, maybe they have different people working now?

All the staff here are fantastic! Good level of professional and friendly and excellent at massage! Some are more relaxing and others very strong, highly recommend!

Visited today with my boyfriend, both treated very equally and extremely satisfied with our relaxing & generous massages.Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing & luxurious time for a very good price.Amazed at the amount of care and consideration put towards our massages & hit every problem I had with the right amount of pressure and technique. I have been massage hundreds times in my life. I can say Hana is the best person of remedies. I will back to see her as soon. Jack
