Kate at the print section is borderline rude. She also made up some other stuff in front of her colleague when actually didn't mention that to me. Made me wait 10 minutes when she has happy to serve next 7 walk in customers but for some reason forgot my order and didn't do anything about it!

Yesterday I've got this office chair, Matrix Mesh 2. There is one missing part and chair cannot assemble. I have to return it and no replacement.I told the guy this box seems not right, can you give me another one. But guy at the store, who was loading into the car insist that is alright. This completely waisted my timeSomeone not doing their job and waisting everyone's time

Went to officeworks to get my passport picture done and the lady( short read hair/ in her 40s) at the desk was so rude. She had no idea how to talk to a client. I get it it’s lunch time and very busy but if you don’t know how to behave at work and giving attitude to a client who is asking help is not okay( you shouldn’t be on this job). Costumer service is to help costumers!! After I decided to leave because the way she was treating me she started laughing. That’s how they deal with clients when busy ( just getting rid of them, less work). Very bad service!

Not very tech minded, I went in and saw David. What a champion. Not only guided me on the purchase of a new mobile that would suit my basic needs, but gave me advice on getting a new SIM card amongst other things. It’s a shame David’s customer service and friendly attitude wasn’t in all retail outlet's. Pleasure to be served by you David. Great guy

I'd like to say a big thank you to Dess and Mary in printing. My prints ordered online were delayed and I know how busy they can be instore, but despite this they printed up some posters for me on the spot to save the day. Their understanding of my situation was amazing. Thanks again ladies!!!

It is impossible to print photos here (at any Officeworks really) no matter what method I use - in store, online, doesn’t matter. You get all the way to the end stage, waste time loading all your photos in only for an error to occur. I’ve dreaded printing photos for years because it is always such a punish at Officeworks. I’ve recently realised BigW do prints too and it’s exactly the same system but theirs actually works. Go there instead

Went to get some binding done. As every time there was a huge queue and not enough staff. Finally got to the front of the queue , the young girl started the job then proceeded to serve another customer and completely forgot about my job, sat there for 30 minutes before she remembered… when it finally arrived it was wrong..Officeworks … get more staff…. It’s always like this….
