Do not buy. Sends you broken/trash models.Does not offer warranty. Sent me a destroyed, opened and destroyed model. Several attempts to make contact went unanswered.Sad to say DO NOT trust and use small businesses with models. Absolutely gutted with this individual.Hides number - Does not answer emails. Been months with several reminders.If I could give less than one star I would.

Have ordered a few items recently and all transactions are smooth and easy, I am interstate and all orders have been very well packaged to ensure they arrive safely.1 arrived damaged and they sorted it out quickly with no fuss, would give 6 stars if I could!Has stock of ignition models that I havnt found elsewhere.

Pre-ordered a die cast model car that was due to arrive in time for Xmas 2021. Unfortunately it was pushed back and didn’t arrive.All through 2022 I received no updates other than when I chased a response was met with “check the preorder list”It then hasn’t even arrived in time for Christmas 2022. I have been patient enough and still not a single update. After requesting a refund twice, am now getting no response.Will now take this further. Do not deal with this clown.

I ordered a 1 in 32 for myself and my 14 year son wanted one too for his birthday so he chose a different car. He is more of an Aston Martin guy. The model cars are good quality and from what I can tell a great price and OK postage. It was also delivered really fast. I think I ordered on a Saturday and it was delivered by Wednesday. Thanks.

100% AVOID.Sent a damaged model. initially accepted and sent a replacement. However replacement was an already opened model, I suspect a return of another buyer. Does not answer emails and does not offer a number to call. completely ghosted me and now left with a POS model. Not happy.
