Lovely spot for a Sunday brunch with friends.We enjoyed the big breakfast, egg and bacon and hot cakes.But even better than the food was the service from Ollie. Five stars to him and his attentiveness to our needs and attitude.

Great coffee as one would expect from Steam Brothers, must have hit a dud day with the food though, which was a shame as other food coming from the kitchen looked great. Sour dough was so hard like it had been cooked twice to reheat and the Chorizo was like rubber. Told the waitress who was awesome, but her manager just seemed to shrug it off when he was told. Shame because they have a great vibe and an interesting menu.

Where to start? What a rubbish experience at Cornerstone. The food took over half an hour to arrive, and when it did, the big breakfast was stone cold. Every item. When I asked for it to be remade, the chorizo was still cold which suggests to me that they didn’t remake that. The mushrooms were awful, I don’t even know what that flavour was but just yuck. It was also missing a hash brown and the bread was SO stale.For the other items on our order, we asked for a simple Vegemite sandwich for our kid, which came out as toast and took even longer than the big brekky, and then when remade as a sandwich that bread was also very stale. What the hell with the stale bread at this place??The only redeeming point was that they didn’t charge for the big brekky, but the whole experience was still a massive waste of time and we won’t be back. Can’t relate to all the positive reviews of this place!

Incredible. I’ve been looking at moving into Engadine for the past year or so, this place makes that prospect even more appealing. Had an amazing schnitzel sandwich today, after visiting twice before. Zero complaints: great service, coffee, food. Worth the drive down Heathcote Road for sure.

Fantastic coffee, food and service. Amazing coffee is to be expected from anything by Steam Brothers, but I was blown away by the food. The Korean Chicken burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Highly recommend

Hands down best thing to happen to Engadine!There’s no real cafe/restaurant in the area to chill and meet up for coffee dates and corner stone is the MVP. Ample parking, enough room for mums with prams, great food and serving up the best coffee, Steam Brothers Coffee. Won’t go anywhere else.
