Crust Pizza Epping

Tastes okay but customer relations is bad. Called in to tell me that they didn't have stock of the cheesecake is fine, but the approach could have been better - basically having told to answer phone calls the first time is rude, not available at the moment should have been their impression. I did answer 2nd call right away but the talk with the lady was unpleasant.

Ordered homemade bolognese. Barely any meat and the sauce is just tomato paste. Mostly just plain spaghetti. Cheesy garlic bread was burnt. Whole order was inedible. Called the store and they were super rude while insisting the order was good enough when I was obviously not happy. Won’t be ordering again.

The food never arrived yet my order is shown delivered. I placed the order Saturday evening ( I know its a busy time for pizza deliveries so I placed the order really early on ) and was shown a delivery window of 20:50 to 21:10. When the food did not get delivered even after 21:10, we called the restaurant and they LIED saying that the order has been picked up and is on the way. The lady on call told us that she will contact the delivery personnel and call us back. She never called back. At 21:25 I called the restaurant again for an order update and this time I was told that there is a problem with the delivery and if I still want the delivery it will take atleast 20-25 mins more for the restaurant to prepare food. By this time I had waited for more than 90 mins for my order, so I asked them to cancel it. I want answers to the following questions :1. The restaurant said that there was an overwhelming amount of mass orders , so this caused the delay. In this case why did the restaurant not contact me well in time to ask if I still wanted the order and set expectations of when to expect the order?2. When I called the first time, the restaurant LIED saying that the order was picked up. Why did the restaurant not tell me then that there was a delay and more delay is to be expected? I ended up waiting for more than 30 mins after my first call to the restaurant.3.There is an option of sending a message to the restaurant via the Menu log app in case the order is late. The response is expected via an SMS update. I never got this response.Will NEVER use MenuLog(atleast UberEats provides tracking) since it has no tracking of order. Will never go back to CRUST Pizza Epping since this kind of unprofessional service is unacceptable. Horrible service at both ends.

Crust is my favourite pizza - I like how they always use good-quality ingredients and they have gluten-free pizza bases. The salad is vibrant and the food was ready on arrival to pick up (no wait). I also like their chocolate mousse which is gluten-free.

The food is generally good and delivered with a smile. But occasionally your pizza is burnt, the avo is not fresh and the mushroom non-exsitent. The venue is not helped by the luke warm responses from the brand- which despite having been provided with a receipt number- then makes the feedback into a paperwork mission for the customer and reffers you back to the franchisee. As I said the pizza is generally good and worth one more chance but I would suggest trying a few alternative suppliers in the meantime. Post Note: While the company that owns the brand were washing their hands of the whole affair the franchisee did apologise and refund the whole meal (two pizzas) not just the one poorly prepared pizza.

Just received. Pizza okPasta, bolonaise and carbonara were rubbish. Who cooked them????????? Taste and look like out of can food. Coke zero was very tasty.Never never never order again.

The food is beyond appalling. The pasta tasted like death, and the pizza was burnt dry. Ive ordered a few times from this place and each time it was worst than the last. Even worse the manager/owner is very rude and has no business running a restaurant.

I used to love Crust...until I moved to Epping. The pizzas are extremely dry cause they don't put enough cheese on them. I paid extra to add extra cheese but even that wasn't enough to enjoy the dried piece of bread I received. Sorry but if you're charging what you're charging for pizzas, you should be able to afford to not make them that dry.

ordered a truffle beef Rossini. They were amazing! They understood that I was shy and immediately gave me my receipt. They actually gave me the pizza early and it was amazing! The bread and meat are cooked to perfection and the mushrooms were perfect! I am completely satisfied.

Order for pick up and pick up time is about 15mins.Came to the shop after 15 mins and ask if my order is ready. They said not and I wait for another 30 mins. They called out my name but the pizza and garlic bread was not hot already. The carbonara tastes like water boiled fettucini with some cheese on top.
