I've had mixed experiences at this store in the past with some staff not really understanding the differences in their product line and selling the easiest product - that's no good for customers.Today it seems to have changed.The two bearded gents on staff today had excellent knowledge of the products in stock, took time to understand the need and matched the products to the need.The right staff with the right knowledge and passion for what they are doing is super important. Well done.

Went in to purchase the basic cordless Waterpik for $69. Rachel was above helpful and pointed out some key features to upgrade to a corded Waterpik that was on special for $89It made sense and I had the budget so I went with the corded Waterpik and glad I did, works great and I can already see an improvement in my gums. Will certainly make my dentist happy :)

Disappointed when I pulled my product from the bag the box was damaged and had sticky tape holding it together. Sneaky sales people. And the receipt was so faded it couldn’t be read. I spent over $500 and did expect better. This is a Xmas gift.

My shaver died just out of warrant. Took it into the Stockland shop with receipt and discussed with Tom & the team. He explained about issues with my shaver and told me they no longer make my model. He was able to swap out my faulty shaver for a replacement. Excellent customer service, great communication and a pleasure to do business with them. This type of customer service is valued. Thanks guys.

I went into store to buy a new shaver the one I had bought over a year ago had began to fail. I had no receipt, it wasn't even the same store (I bought the shaver in Sunny Coast) yet the lovely ladies in there advised they wouldn't only swap for a brand new shaver, but an ever better one! It's not often you experience that sort of kindness in the world of retail, I made no fuss about the old shaver yet they went over and above just because they wanted to. Saved myself $50, put a big smile on my face and now don't have a shaggy beard. 10/10
