Keegan and the team were fantastic. Super friendly but more importantly experts in their field. Keegan created a great program that ensured I recovered from a significant injury which was tailored to manage a somewhat battered body. He has a fantastic communication style, is able to articulate the science behind the recovery strategy, and set targeted measurable goals to monitor progress. He is the best I have experienced in my sporting journey. I could not recommend Base Physio more highly. Thanks team!

I came in with bad groin issue from football and Josh was able to significantly improve the affected area. He was lovely to deal with and I would be happy to recommend BASE to anyone who is in need physio.

Have been seeing Josh in my recovery and he has been amazing in getting me ready to return to play. Really enjoyed working with him and the facilities available at BASE. The testing available was really great to actually showcase the improvements I was making and be able to see how my recovery was coming along

The whole team at base physio are amazing! Special mention to Jazz who has helped me through my pregnancy and recovery. Jazz knows when to push you, keeps you positive and always goes above and beyond.

These guys know what they are doing, Keegan and Lauren have set up a community based performance centre with the main task of helping people. 10\10 staff and 10/10 professionals.
