A jewel in Mclaren vale, the Grenache was a stand out. Jules was the perfect host, warm and hilarious, didnt stick to the official tasting sequence, but it was probably better that way....Cmon Page, mums know best. Anyway do yourself a favour and pop on in, you wont regret it

I randomly popped in yesterday and discovered some fantastic wines, including a 2016 reisling which was outstanding. It was recommended after I said I was not a huge white wine drinker. The lovely lady who served me was the winemaker and picked some perfect wines for my taste. I can't wait to come back with my friends and share the experience, what a great find!

Thank you to Paige the owner who made us feel so special and shared her excitement of her delicious wines. OMG the Sparkling is sublime, Grenache is outstanding, the Chardonnay is so creamy and buttery I was in heaven. The venue so relaxing you don’t want to leave. You don’t leave empty handed so be prepared. I cannot recommend this winery enough, it’s a must!!!

Our first experience at Ortus will be remembered for years to come. Dropped in for a tasting and stumbled into an industry get together. Paige was fantastic, her passion about the wines they are producing along with her humour was refreshing. The warmth of the atmosphere made us feel we were part of a family gathering. Highly recommend a visit, their wines are great too.

First time visit this morning and many more to come, after meeting the fabulous Paige and tasting her wonderful wines. The 2016 Riesling was exceptional!The cellar door is spacious and welcoming, with views over the gum trees and vineyards, where you can bring a picnic and enjoy the wines on offer.We had great time! Congratulations Paige and her Mum for opening an exciting family run business.Liz, Candice and our chauffeur, Nate.

Spent the most relaxing afternoon with my partner at Ortus on a Sunday date.l enjoying delicious wine.Loved the chilled atmosphere and fireplace with great views.Paige the owner gave us a very generous wine tasting and was lovely to chat with.
