Casting Kits by Cast a Memory
Ordered a casting kit for a baby shower/first wedding anniversary to be done on the day as a special memory for our daughter & son in law. Paid up front & selected pick up. Husband drove 40mins each way to nominated address. It wasn’t ‘left out’ for collection. Said would then post to our daughter or refund. Said post & supplied address. Never posted. Text to ask for refund & nothing!
