Purchased a gift that was found to be faulty once my wife opened it at home. we had to go back to the store 2 times and finally threaten legal action before they exchanged the bag - this despite satisfying the requirements of their return/exchange policy.

We were acknowledged by staff and left at the barricade at the door, not allowed in. There were 2 staff members and 3 customers, what a joke.

The staff is extremely rude! My wife was video calling her sister asking which bag her sister want and your employee overheard the conversation and thought we were trying to ask her for a special discount! What’s worst is that she even told us to go to the shop that we claim is cheaper1. I understand there is a promotion going on but we have never hinted or try to ask for any special discount2. Your staff just humiliated us and trying to makes us look like a bunch of “Cheap Skate”3. Rude and keep interrupting people conversation

Had lovely help from staff member Fiona who walked and talked about all the options and features of new releases of bags , purses and wallets as I decided what to buy for my lovely girlfriend. Good customer service here, signed up for membership because of it!

Bought the bag during Covid, obviously a faulty product, didn’t have time to get refund during pandemic, wrote emails to the customer service and they refused to do anything about it, got a overpriced rubbish and now It’s probably going to the bin, horrible quality n service, definitely avoid.

One of the employee was very pushy, talks very loudly and just toxic overall... the others were fine and nice... Shopping experience ruined because of her.
