We walked into Ergonomic solutions and we were assisted by Chetan. He showed us 3 different chairs and pointed us how we should be seated for comfort and proper posture. We enquired on another chair and Chetan explained the item well and told us of the different options. Chetan gave us professional advice and does force you to buy a product you do not want.To be honest, I went to other shops selling the same chair before we went back to Ergonomics solutions to purchase the chair. What made me go back to Chetan was because he did not do a hard sell and did his best to help us with our problem... backache from working from home. I thank him for helping me make a choice on the chair and I definitely will be back if I ever need another chair and recommend anyone going to see him if they needed a ergonomic chair.

Just over a month ago I popped into Ergonomic Solutions looking for a better setup for the home office. Chetan walked me through all the options and functionality for a standing desk and chair. I found his knowledge and experience very informative. Customer service is very good and the delivery and installation quick and timely.We had an issue on delivery of the chair, discovered by Chetan on assembly, and fixed in a matter of days.Six weeks in and no lower back or shoulder pain. I am extremely happy with the chair and stading desk and would not hesitate to recommend Ergonomic Solutions.

Outstanding service and products. We were after 10 chairs and a number of desks to upgrade our office. One of the team came out to patiently demo the chairs we were interested in. Very happy with the product and the level of service of this place. I needed a proper office chair for my home office as I was slouching and moving around a lot in my current one! Chetan provided plenty of useful ergonomics advice and was patient whilst I deliberated over which chair to buy - no pushy salesmanship which was nice!! The chair I ended up with is great, and most importantly, I'm no longer uncomfortably switching positions every 10min at my desk :-) Thanks!
