Rented a house with mice, mould, dirty water and sewerage spilling everywhere. Gutters and roof leaked, owner accessing property without notice and holes in walls for months after termite treatment. Lied to constantly and after an excessive amount of breaches they are now under watch from RTA. If you have any problem with this realestate renting go straight to the RTA. Do not rent off these people. Happy to give out any information needed.
