Amazing, polite, and knowledgeable service. I had Olly help me with my phone plan, and was really impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful Olly was during the process.

Visited with my grandmother to upgrade her service, was lucky enough to be served by the manager who showed my grandmother the utmost care and service. She then attended to a few of my queries despite the store getting busy bursts she was able to assist her other staff whilst still giving us a level of service I have not seen in Telco for years.

Staff are so quick and friendly and helpful. Way better than Telstra!!

Had a really great customer service experience with Olly. Went in as we needed a new phone for work and while Olly was sorting out our new phone I was telling her about a problem I was having with my iphone. Olly offered to help try to sort out the problem, which she did. Thanks heaps Olly

Well, the standard I received on Tuesday was exceptional. Ollie, who would be about 22 years old, had exceptional knowledge and was vibrant in conversation than anyone I’ve met at her age in this societytoday.I walked in and spoke to Ollie at first, leaving with a compliment on her presentation of information etc.I then went into Telstra and into to Vodafone(until couldn’t understand me let alone know the background information of plans) “. I really wanted to go with Telstra because of coverage, but had the urge to return to Optus because of staff.She certainly knows her stuff and the other two male staff in the store were also friendly and more than happy to help me while Olly was in a meeting.She had me with a new phone, 2 Plans and an NBN package explaining everything whilst i sat there and made the process fast and efficient, I walked away amazed and very impressed.I’m glad I went over to Optus from Telstra because if that’s the kind of service someone is gonna get I would rather that any day over the extra bit of coverage.I was very very happy to know people of that age and caliber still exist

employees take care of 1 customer in 30 minutes, so 7 or 8 people are in line, at 4.00pm o'clock on the evening, overwhelmed with waiting I returned home

I called into Optus on a Sunday to buy a adapter for my Samsung S20 as I had left mine at my nieces. The worker gave me one which cost $50. By time I got home, realized it was the wrong port. I needed a type C to USB and I was given type C to type C. Because the shop is now closed, I go in the next day. Only to be told, no refunds, no swaps and that when I upgrade my phone, it will be type C to type C anyway. However I could buy a type C to type C cord for $35. No thank you. Because of this service I will stop using Optus and go to another service provider. Well done Optus.If there was a option of no stars ... that would be my pick
