Had a issue with my QLED Samsung TV. Was told by Samsung Customer Care that these guys would be looking after the TV. Well a lot of other companies could take a leaf out of these guy's books because the Service & Speed at which the TV was fixed was FANTASTIC. When first contacted was told by Samsung around 2 weeks for service callout? I'm ok with that. Get call from P&K to be told they will be out the next day WOW BRILLIANT. Next day Paul the technician comes out looks at TV ?? Results Panel Faulty needs replacing ok now I'm thinking how long for this part to arrive?? 5 days later phone call new part has arrived can we come & fix it next morning. So Paul returns to fix TV the next day & bingo TV working again perfectly. Would recommend these guys thoroughly as very good to deal with & very polite at all times. Well done Samsung for using this Company as your Service Repairers.

Called Samsung customer service centre about replacing a part for my TV that wasn't in the box and they referred me to this place and after I told them that they went quite and hung up the phone. Absolutely disgusting business practice, I would give 0 stars if I could. Never again.

Needed a new One Connect box for my Samsung television and P&K Electronics were able to build a new one for me quickly and for a good price. The product was presented well and works perfectly.Communication and service were excellent. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Some companies don't wish to do small jobs. No so P & K. They replaced the light bulb in our microwave promptly and even had the bulb in stock which surprised me. Good job.

Tried to get some appliances repaired wanted 200 dollars upfront just to look at them and a 6 week wait found someone else
