I'm a registered builder and living in Willow Vale for 17 years, it's been long overdue for a proper hardware store locally. Big store and car park, well stocked and reasonable amount of staff. Only problem area is the North side entrance, the corners are way too tight

This is my go to" Bunnings. Easier to get into that bothering with Oxenford. Normally has all items. My only feedback would be they need to leave pallets in slightly better places in the aisles. I know things need to be restocked etc but the placement of a pallet (or 2 or 3) can be the make or break for customers and whether or not they even attempt to buy something. Especially when there seem to be zero staff around to Assist. Even just leaving it 2 inches slighter further into the aisle can improve customer experience because that means we can actually push the trolley past the pallet instead of trying to do a 14 point turn with a fully stocked trolley to have to reverse the whole way backwards out of the soil aisles."

Nice new store, set up looks like they have kept aisles clear for foot traffic. Good display position that actually flows and makes sense. Price points were clear.Easy to use self check. I like the higher scanning posts.

Thoroughly impressed with the service at this store. In particular I want to give Tom from the Mower Equipment section. Tom is very knowledgeable and gave me high confidence in my purchase decisions. Without his guidance I would have made a poor choice and wouldn’t have been happy with my purchase. If you need any help for your next yard maintenance purchase go see Tom!

A very new store (7 months) so everything is nice and fresh and clean. The staff are very willing to please and to assist with your purchase. I do prefer to wander and try to find things myself (once I've found the right isle). Having said that there are things that you do need advice on and it's good to speak to the team member that knows more about the product than you.

Great selection of flowers. Easy to find everything by using their website. However I do have one complaint and it applies to every Bunnings the garden section is always blocked by massive trolleys so it makes it impossible for me to shop for flowers in the evening around 6pm which is the best time to go, the shop is quiet and not filled with with people please Bunnings can you consider the time you block off the garden center isles so people can shop quietly after work.

I would like to say I haven’t shopped in your store before as I travel around in a RV state to state and I needed to do some running repairs while passing by and I would like to show my appreciation to 2 staff members who went above and beyond to help me out find things I needed in your store yesterdayFirst staff member Noah from Tools and a girl named Melissa for helping me with waterproofing…I hope the people reading this from Bunnings will pass this onto the staff members involved as both are a credit to your store … and good work needs to be recognised

To the lady in the garden section last Saturday I needed to buy some grass and fertiliser, dirt.this lady's name was tunpa or similar she was from India. I haven't a clue how to measure out how many metres of grass I needed and this lady spent the time and worked out how much I needed she was a great help to me. So I just thought Bunnings should know they have a very worker.thanks Stephen.

What’s not to like about Bunnings (except for when they run out of stock). Bunnings Pimpama is well stocked and has some of the most courteous staff on the Gold Coast.
