Melton Primary School

Don't put your kids in the after school care there. The lady just yells, and berrates the kids. She's so mean and nasy to the children. Horrible woman. The younger girls are lovely but.

I have 4 kids attending this school, 2 with special needs and the school has always been supportive and accomondating. They all enjoy their time there and I couldn't be happierEDIT (2022): It's now been 5 years since I wrote the above and all but one of my children remain. Nothing has changed. All my kids that have moved on to high school still often reflect on how much they enjoyed Melton Primary School and my youngest is now in year 6 and is having a great time.

Did not support transition to a school that would help out son a school he wanted to go too.Did not give speech support when getting funding for severe childhood of apraxiaThe det and school said attend a meeting that was a conference call with det to verbally decline appeal instead of supplying a letter we are entitled too they tell you go to det for letter yet det claim there wasn't a letter confirming.Again i recommend stay out of 5 klm catchment zone if your child gets fundingAs they may not get use from the funding entitlement.This is our opinion of our personal experience and sons personal experience.

Great school, with not too strict teachers and pretty mid students! Still haven't seen much bad/impolite stuff, since the 6 years I've been there. Some kids are not the best, but nevertheless, it's a pretty good school.

Some of the students seem to fight a lot over the slightest things. Otherwise it's quite alright.

Great staff that take the time to not only support the kids but also create a strong bond that lasts their time during primary years.
