Highly recommended, would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to others. Very honest pricing, reliable and good service. They offered me really helpful advice on how to maintain my sinks to avoid future clogging as well, which I thought was a very thoughtful and nice gesture.

I was very impressed with the level of service and responsiveness! We had called around for an emergency plumber and after being quoted at least double the price, we had JR Burns turn up within 30 minutes and fixed the issue with our backed up toilet within 30 minutes. They were incredibly helpful and did a great job. Would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

The team - both Jamie and the boys who did the install - is professional courteous and efficient. We had to have a a gas hot water system installed fairly urgently. They kept us up to date during the installation process. Would absolutely recommend JR Burns for any plumbing needs.
