Fantastic price and great service! The entire process was very simple and I received help in no time.Allen was absolute gentlemen. Called for a replacement battery. He find out that my cars brake light switch is broken and that caused a battery problem in a first place. They also have auto electrician in a team and got one of the guys to repair a problem same day too. Very, very happy and will certainly recommend to others!

Worst experience using this company to fix our car. We needed a window fixed on our car in Brisbane before going on a road trip. Called them up and they came out that day to give us a quote and said they needed to get a part in and they would come back the next day. No show the next day. 4 days later they call saying they still haven’t got the part but never bothered to let us know. They eventually called again saying they would come early the next day but then never showed up and didn’t answer any calls or messages after taking payment details. Window is still not fixed and now we have run out of time to get it fixed before we leave so was a waist of money paying for the call out fee. And on top of that they took the money for the job and then refused to refund it when we ran out of time! Disgusting behaviour for a ‘business’. If you’re looking for actual assistance fixing your car and not want to be stolen from, please take my advice and go else where.

Need a battery, got a battery. Wasn’t expecting my car to be fixed for another day, but they managed to squeeze me in from a cancellation. Easy, and painless.

BATTERY NOW KEDRON - Very Impressed with the service and the price of my new battery. There is never a good time for your battery to die, and when I called Battery Now Brisbane, they responded exactly as they said they would. I got a price which I checked against Ford directly and it was comparable. They promised a time they would be here, I then received an SMS an hour out saying they would be here at 10 am, and sure enough, they arrived at 10. My vehicle has one of those difficult and expensive batteries that not everyone holds, so I was grateful they had one, installed and checked, and came with a 24 mth warranty, just like Ford would do. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
