Service call was attended very promptly by Ethan. Out of two circuits PV1 and PV2, circuit PV2 was not showing any Power.The service technician came within 1 hour and found a defective connector to the inverter and replaced it. The system is back to normal Power output on both PV1 and PV2. Appreciate the expeditious service from Mr Ethan!

SB358426 I have only positive things to say about SunBoost. Communication, Service and installation were all very good. Had an issue with a faulty trip switch but I called and spoke to Ethan and he had it fixed the very next day.
