I cannot praise these guys enough. After being given a six-month runaround by an incompetent supplier of a product bought through Harvey Norman, Marc and his staff stepped in and solved the problem. Six stars.

Went to look for a car vacuum cleaner. They had 3 in stock and the sales assistant was very pleasant to speak with.

Terrific place, even parked our motorhome in the carpark.We came into this shop because we wished to purchase a Wonderboom 3 which was on Harvey Norman website for click and collect price of $98.When we came in store (just now) the price was $149 which was as marked and on stated on special.We showed the customer service lady the internet price and she said “we can match that”. So that was terrific.At the checkout we were asked for names address and phone details. We did not wish to provide this information and the lady explained she couldn’t do a cash sale for this certain value.We said that this was fine we had never had to do this at any other Harvey Norman store anywhere in Australia. Plenty of stock well laid out, the tech boy was a little short with non tech-head us. But generally a great option for electrical goods on the Tablelands.

Placed an online order but the items weren't available in Cairns. Needed the items urgently so made a query against the order. Received a phone call from Sharon at Atherton HN to say they'd received the order. After explaining my situation she arranged to have it couriered to the Cairns store the next day for me to collect. Picked up the items without any problems. Massive shout out to the legend that is Sharon who saved my bacon with my boss. Fantastic service, would give more stars if I could.

Drove here from Cairns to purchase a product I couldn't get locally. Very pleased with the product. The staff were friendly, chatty and very helpful.

Chris H provided such a wonderful service when I was indecisive over which dishwasher to purchase. He was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the models and their individual functions.I really appreciated how patient and respectful Chris was, providing factual information and allowing me to consider which would best suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble.In the end, I selected a model which was nearly half the price of the original dishwasher I had been leaning towards and Chris’s customer service remained exactly the same.The quality of Chris’s customer service is the reason we are repeat customers at Harvey Norman.
