With the aid of Teros and your great staff I am helping to save the planet. PS The aftersales service for my Ebike has been first class. I recommend you to everyone considering buying an ebike. I loved the personal note from Luisa and the added bonus of a couple of constant craving choccies when I purchased my bundle of Tasmanian Soap Co products. Thanks so much for your thoughtfulness. I just love the balms which I first purchased at the Salamanca markets over 6 years ago and I so appreciate being able to restock online. Such beautiful products which I use as a bedtime ritual !!

Excellent store. Ordered some furniture oil online on Monday just before lunch time. Oil was sent out before the day ended and arrived at my place in NW TAS in the afternoon on Tuesday. Had a nice treat in the package as well. Cheers guys.

I get everything here for the house from soap powder to a wooden toothbrush, plus the mechanic services my trusty e-bike which I bought here four years ago. Best shop in town in my opinion !

Excellent, friendly and responsive service. One of the items I'd ordered was displayed incorrectly on the Teros website. Alina contacted me very promptly to clarify if I wanted to switch to another similar product or obtain a refund. The matter was quickly resolved and I received the goods shortly thereafter (with a handwritten note on the order slip - what an unexpected delight in this digital age). I'll definitely be ordering from Teros again.

The staff at Teros provided excellent knowledge and advice when I was looking to purchase an electric bike. I only wish I had purchased sooner as it is truly the best fun! I love my new bike. Very happy with the service provided and highly recommended their expertise.
