Ryan Canilho did and excellent job of selling my investment property. He went out of his way to help prepare the property for sale including organising tradesmen to carry out repairs and minor renovation work. He even turned up daily to water the lawn after new turf was laid. Ryan kept me informed every step of the way during the sale process. There was never any point at which I felt I had to chase him for information. Despite some set backs along the way Ryan remained calm and persistent until he achieved the sale.

In my experience with purchasing a property through Darrell and Ryan, they are the leaders in their industry. I've dealt with countless real estate agents over the past 10 years and none have come even close to the level of service Knobel & Davis provide their customers.
